Do you think getting the confederate flag when not being from the south is cultural appropriation?

I personally like the confederate and Spanish great empire flag beacuse I think they look dang cool! I wanna get them tattooed

It’s using the symbol of the KKK, regardless of where you’re from. White supremacists fly it along with the swastika.
