Does the world need to make amends and err its grievances?

just let it go, get over it already. put it to rest, [b]amended to never happen again[/b]. etc. In pursuit of eliminating violence and stress induced aggression maybe we just need a global emotional trauma unit.

Or an International forum where we might uncover ancient truths to fix unending quarrels now.
