What is a good, pigmented eyeliner thats 15 to 20 dollars?
I keep buying eyeliners that take too.many layers and look sheer. I also tried a liquid and it flaked off. Could be my oily eyelids.

@Nadie the waterproof one flaked and the regular one was free with something and is sheer, im looking for a pigmented one
i just use watercolor markers
