Where can I find informstion on if it is safe to use face powder under the eyes?

So many youtube channels they bake with a ton of regular face powder. I have 3 powders and don't want to buy yet another one to set my concealer. Is it safe to use them under the eyes?

@lovelywarpedlemon I found a relatively affordable powder for under the eyes.
