Who did I anger to make makeup revolt against me as of late?

If it was not bad luck with eyeshadow irritating my eyes now my skin is bumpy and dry. My lips have gone chapped and my lashes are now irritating my eyes.

It's probably the change of the season,try lots chapstick and moisturizers. Oh and bundle up in cold and bad weather, feel better 😊👍
