Is this too scary for kids?

(Sorry if the picture doesn't show up).

For Halloween, I was thinking of going to work as a cat for halloween, following the makeup shown in the picture. Our boss doesn't like scary things, as kids can get scared by it.

I know it seems like a silly question, but would this make-up be too scary for young children?
