@Ninazobi live a hard life. Drink and smoke for a long time. and don鈥檛 get your proper sleep... watch how fast it happens... worry will do it to you as well... Extreme worry will turn you gray quickly. I鈥檝e seem it happen to people whom tragedy has struck.

@Ninazobi I actually look very much younger than I am. So no I haven鈥檛 but I do know that stress will kill you. I鈥檝e seen all of the above up close and personal...
