@JarJarBoom I have had a similar experience, I hated the look. They used such dark colors for eyeshadow and did a horribly dark smokey eye, which doesn't go well for me, and on top of that of course the HUGE eyelashes. I couldn't wait to go home and get it all off. Took me almost 2 hours because they put so much on so thick!
@JarJarBoom 馃槀 I think I lost quite a bit of mine that day. This was thankfully the one and only time. Now I learn via youtube, and practice. Never again will a pro (or so they think lol) will do mine again! 馃槀馃槀
@JarJarBoom Omg haha yes!!! Mine was even a super dark lipstick which I could NEVER pull off, nor did I like. Not the mention the 15 lbs of foundation... I don't even hardly use foundation, and they added it like I was in need of a filler! 馃槀馃槀
@JarJarBoom ugh, I see that all the time where makeup artist will pack so much makeup on their clients. It always makes me cringe and immediately think about how gross their face must feel and how uncomfortable it is. It freaks me out to have that much makeup on my skin. 馃あ

@JarJarBoom Yours looks amazing! I think dark colors work for dark haired but im naturally a redhead so dark doesn't always look good, especially since I am fair skinned. :P You pulled off that red lip too! <3
@ImOnlyMe84 I usually don't like wearing too dark of red, but I keep my makeup really basic...so the amount of makeup she put on me just didn't make me feel that comfortable ...she put so much smoke on my eyes I thought she was trying to set it on fire.
@JarJarBoom 馃槀馃槀 That's how I am. I mean my everyday is very simple. I do bold every ONCE in a blue moon, but usually I try and keep it as natural as possible.
@JarJarBoom Haha no, they won't! He doesn't care, and he is lucky, he is extremely good looking without needing any assistance with lighting, or anything. I told him several times, and he just rolls his eyes and laughs at me. Men... some of them are lucky bastards 馃槀
@JarJarBoom YESSSS! I think my cousin sent me UD Electric palette for Christmas last year, and I was like Nooo that shit is expensive. She was like it's ok, I have like 40 or so from Sephora and tons of points, etc. I'm like I try to justify spending 15 on 200 eyeshadows once. I almost didn't do it, but my kids ended up getting it for me for mothers day last year.
@JarJarBoom I haven't bought any since. The only thing I get now a days is brow pomade, concealer, eyeliner and mascara. All only when needed. Hell my last concealer lasted me forever. I forgot how expensive they can be! 馃槱
