Stormygurl people on the interent are still actual people. Not robots. There are catfish. Liars. Cheats. There are weirdos and also normal fucking people.
There are also thousands of people every day who meet online and end up in relationships online and off. Some end up having children and getting married.
Having this argument is the same as arguing that because sometimes when you ride a bike you might fall off and hurt your self you would simply never ride a bike for the risk is just too great.
It is entirely hilarious how those who have never experienced something have the most in depth and knowledgable analyzations of these situations.
I have experienced online relationships. I am far from an idiot. I am far from a catfish. I have definitely been deceived. I have also been deceived by people I knew in the "real world" like my husband who sleeps in the same damn bed.
Online or offline people can be decieved. Lied to. Hurt. Played games with. Manipulated...the risk is not any better or worse than a relationship in the "real world"
