I Believe In Soulmates

Imagine you are one piece of paper, now tear yourself in half... Now one piece is you, the other half is your soulmate...but the tearing doesn't stop there. Now tear both of those in half, and then again, and again, till you can't split the pieces any further.

NOW try to find your soulmate!

I've spent my whole life trying to put guys back together, in an attempt to do JUST that. But I've been going about it all wrong! Instead, I should be putting myself together, then at least I'll know what it is I am looking for...

@lovingdead words can't even begin to explain how much more progress I'm making now that I stumbled upon that insight... Like I have had the wrong side of the puzzle pieces facing up. Now that I've flipped them all over to reveal the right side, things are coming together at lightning speed

@Typicalpisces awesome to hear, though how do you know what ones to use? Isn't the world in all its chaos just a storm of fragmented bits, all of us wandering through grasping at the scraps? Of (in a sense) do you just let the wind take you? Closing your eyes and just feeling for the right ones?

@Typicalpisces where (in your opinion) do these signs come from? Higher self, past self, future self, the inner self who unconsiously /consiously remembers a bit more what it's like to be whole, as she (in a sense) leads you down your own rabbit hole of self discovery

The collective subconscious... Everyone has their own path to follow, like a single string of a spider web. That string intersects with many other strings in the web, and each string is dependent on many others. Each intersection is a choice we make, each person a string... We, as a whole, individually work to make our web bigger and stronger. Sharing a vested interest in our web gaining in size and strength, we each participate in the guidance of others because it benefits the web as a whole.

Well, I have figured out one crucial bit of information that has made all the difference in the world!

The web can only show you signs in the present! Many of us waste most of our energy focusing on the past and future, that we are spread too thin to see the signs... The past is a lesson learned and the future your destiny to make, but only if you put enough of yourself in the present to follow the signs
