I Have Found My Twin Flame

So things have been going good between me and the girl I met on Instagram, I found out we like alot of the same things and we've pretty much had to have the same type of heart surgery. My new problem is it seems like everytime I feel like I'm starting to let my twin go she comes creeping back into my mind. I know letting your twin go isn't easy but I feel like if I don't I won't truly be able to give my heart to this new girl. I just need some advice on how to finally let her go so I can move on.
