If it really was one of your Student replying this way, what did you answer? How did you rate it? :)

@RobinPhoenix This was a webfind. I have learned to phrase my assignments much more precise so what the student there did would not be possible.

If I had phrased my task like that, I would have to grant the student full points. And then have a word with him about literalism. :)
Too bad you didn't experience it like that ;) ;) That woul give that post of you a Special touch ;) ;) But I understand, it´s wise of you to exclude such answers already in the making of those tests. I like your attitude towards your students and the way you seem to teach them. You remind me very much of the teacher I had in primary school. A great guy. One of the best teachers I've ever had.

@RobinPhoenix Thank you.

I would never post things from my students on here. First for their privacy, and then for my anonymity.

But I experience things like that regularly, not exactly the same, but similar. And I want to share a bit about what it is like to be a teacher on here.
You are welcome,@Uncle

Yes it´s better to stay anonymous here...otherwise your students will come up with stupid ideas like becoming members here and chat about details from their experiences with you as their teacher. Could be entertaining for the other members, but...it doesn't have to be that way ;) ;)

How old are your students? And as I read somewhere, you're a private teacher, right?
Uncle · 46-50, M
These days, my students are of all ages. Many are adults. I am a private language teacher working for individual and corporate clients around the world.

I am also a private tutor for students of mostly secondary schools and university. And I have taught at schools proper a while ago, mostly abroad and overseas. That's also where I developed my own teaching style.
Thanks for those informations, @Uncle

which teaching style you had before?
Uncle · 46-50, M
@RobinPhoenix I guess I started out quite generic. I've found that today few teachers really develop an individual style anymore.
