I Believe Love Heals

I am standing on a mountain looking down across the world. There is a blanket around my shoulders. I feel lighter. Cherished. Protected. Loved.

Off in the distance I see Soossie walking through a marketplace. She's unmissable. Radiant.

There is a small child sniffling while his parents argue. Snapping back and forth.

Soossie looks at him and smiles. The child quietens, curious and still before tentatively smiling back.

She leans down and hands him an apple causing his face to break open with delight, before she dissapears back into the crowd.

He feels seen and understood. His face is lighter, happier.

A gift far more precious than an apple, which is just a symbol really.

There is no greater alchemy than love.

I know this is true. I can feel it working in my heart.
