Possible, yes, but I would say quite rare.
From what I've seen and experienced over the years here... 90% are just into sex, nudes, wanting a lust partner, or someone to fill their loneliness void or to fill the void that is in their marriage. If it starts to get real, most will bail on you me thinks.
