I have a question for those in this group. How do you know you're in love? I think I might be in love with my SD but I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure he at least likes me, maybe he loves me. My gut tells me he does, but who knows.

@JoanieNewHampshire I may be partly guilty of that then...to be fair though, our 'relationship' started as busniess only, but it's grown. I got to know him, I like his company his little quirks. He gets me in a way I didn't think possible. I can't give him much, but I give him what I can. He gave me a car and refused to get talked out of it. He gives me what he can, and he always says my smile is too beautiful to try and not seek out.
@SDFORME I hope he's not married or otherwise engaged! Sounds like the way most guys respect those they are with. And that's ok. They speak a different language unless you get one of those really sensative guys.
😢that's tragic, my kids lost their mom similarly. (We'd divorced long before because I'm trans and she was straight). I'd say, that if he's doing for you. Then he certainly would be interested in knowing how you feel about him.@SDFORME
@SDFORME I suppose you have seen the movie Klute, a really riveting film about a pay-for-play down on her luck actress and her difficult romance with a detective investigating a series of murders. It's a great film to watch, though it has a few creepy scenes. It is very sympathetic to the heroine and her struggles with people and relationships. Watch it if you haven't.
