I'm sure I found an iron meteorite one time, washed ashore along the Atlantic in the shallows. Requiring two hands to lift it, 2 bowling balls in size, about 15lbs. Polished, it looked like it had been in a blast furnace or molten at one time, with objects melted into it.
Probable, as many land in water and are never found.
