@caccoon I got a pretty bad migraine today. Thank goodness for my migraine medication. Still have a cough left over from COVID two weeks later too.

@iamonfire696 yeah it is 😣 it's stupid, I know I need to just get over it but I really started to love him and it hurts how he disregarded my feelings.
But I know he is not a good person.
It comes in waves and when I'm keeping busy I'm fine mostly. I just can't do much to help the eating or sleeping or anxiety levels and it's wearing on me

@caccoon your feelings aren’t stupid, they are very valid. It’s just going to take time to get through them because it’s so fresh.
You have every right to feel this way. I am sorry he hurt you like this. He’s not a good person. You deserve so much better than the way he treated you. It’s not you though, there’s something wrong with him. You can’t change a shitty person like that.
