There is a couple in my office building who I've become somewhat close with. Earlier this week, she could see that I was hurting and I had to tell her about my loss. Today, she brought me two dozen roses and a beautiful condolence card. When she handed them over, she gave me a very dear and warming hug. I am grateful. Her hug meant more to me than the flowers and card.
