@Enchanted: I am sorry you are going through this... it isnt easy, and recovery is in your hands only. Someone will never be able to heal you. They can temporarily make you feel better, but we always revert back to the norm. Please do me a favor, and tomorrow do something nice for yourself. Go get a pedicure or nails and hair. Go buy that new gadget for the kitchen you wanted... start a new hobby... this is your first payment to yourself, and first step to clearing up those clouds.

Found this post while scrolling through this group. Thank you so much for reminding me that everything will be ok eventually. My days seems like a dark cloudy abyss and I can't seem to find even the most simple happiness. I'll move on with a scar but I'm gonna get through this. Thank you so much
