How disposable do you feel you are sometimes to certain people?

A long time ago people taught me how replaceable I was. So, something like that tends to stick with ya…and fortunately you can spot it way quicker because of that and you’re able to bring the purge that needs to happen.

Well people have shown me over and over that I am 100% disposable to them. I think the only person that wouldn't feel that way is my son.

Luckily not much. I've been able to surround myself with great people.

To be absolutely honest, I'm probably the one who makes others feel that way because I've become so detached to people and emotionally unavailable. Because I've been treated like shit before & I've built a wall. It's not intentional & not something I'm proud of but it's my defense mechanism.

Although a good question, it's one I don't think about.

I live for myself. I'm not disposable to myself. That's all I need.

Aside from my son, I am disposable.

Not at all. Sadly my wife can't live alone. Without me she would have to move into assisted living.
