Should i contact my narcissistic ex girlfriend.

I broke up with my narcissistic ex-girlfriend 3 months ago. She has been quiet on social media since then. Recently she started posting cryptic curse messages (about people being wicked and hurting her). I have been feeling guilty and considering reaching out to her., i was wondering if this is a good idea.

It's not a good idea to do it because you feel guilty. If you can distance yourself from that and the fact that she is your ex then you could consider reaching out to her simply as a fellow human being. But it would probably difficult to maintain the psychological distance.
