Should i contact my narcissistic ex girlfriend.

I broke up with my narcissistic ex-girlfriend 3 months ago. She has been quiet on social media since then. Recently she started posting cryptic curse messages (about people being wicked and hurting her). I have been feeling guilty and considering reaching out to her., i was wondering if this is a good idea.

Never reach out to a narcissist. That can only end badly ... for you. You need to delete her from your social media, and move on to more healthy pastures.
