It hits us when we least expect it.....
It hits us from the ones you've cared about most of your life......
Hurt hits you to the soul......
Hurt hits and breaks your heart.....
It may heal over time.....
When hurt comes......distance.....

You are so right when you say that we can only save ourselves!! Healthy boundaries do kinda suck....but, sometimes they have to be put in place for a reason!! Balance is a wonderful thing.....that has been my main focus as of late. I cant let go of what i have built. Not gonna happen!!

I dont think itll ever be the same with my sister. My parents on the other hand.....things are getting stronger day by day. But, my sister has hurt me to the core and i dont know if that wound will ever truly heal. Shes hurt me bit by bit over the years, but, ive gotten to my breaking point. No more.....i need to think about me and my strength.
