so you are talking female friends.. not girlfriends/lovers? when romantic feelings get involved it complicates things and makes it harder not toget upset and offended when you argue.. this is why most of your guy friends stay..they dont fancy you :P but boy girl can be friends.. it's just it gets complicated when one wants more than friendship

well thats the problem isnt it.. if one wants more and the other doesnt it ruins the friendship.. not her fault not yours.. you dont have the same complication with men..so it works without that pressure.

I'm sorry to read you're heartbroken, but two things do suprise me. 1. you refer to women as female - that seems a bit... dehumanising as a term - just my reflection, I'm sure you don't mean it that way. 2. That the women you grow fond of leave over petty arguments. I am wondering if they don't view that same argument the way you did?
