Recently my boyfriend left me without a proper explanation, I try to be myself again but I every morning when I wake up I feel this sharp pain in my heart. I can't eat or sleep so what do I do?

Give yourself time. Over time you will be ok. It will hurt for a while. Spend time with friends and family. You may be surprised later on that he did you a huge favour by leaving, because you will find someone else.
