Communication is the key to it all.

I can never stress to people how important this is. And how most conflicts could be avoided if just communicate appropriately and then listen! @MyPathOfTotality I'd say we have this perfectly under control. ❤

My experience is that people who stress the value of communication are the ones who think they are right and everyone else is wrong.

Kind of like when people say they are not into drama, yeah right they are the biggest drama queens out there.
