In the very beginning, everything was perfect. No sin. No pain. No death. That was His heart for us. His heart has always been that no one would perish, but that we would all live happily with Him in heaven.
This world is broken because of sin. Satan wants to see us fail and pull away from God. He tries to make us believe God is a liar and that God doesn’t love us. But the suffering we see? That is not from God’s hand. That is the result of a fallen world. Sinful choices.
Jesus proved His love on the cross. He didn’t come to hurt us or destroy us. He came to save us. John 3:16
He died for sinners. He died for you and for me. And He has prepared a mansion in heaven, so we can be with Him forever.
His heart has always been to save us, not to turn us away. Nothing can separate us from the love God has for us. Not sin, not unbelievers, not mockers... nothing. He doesn't love what people do sometimes, their sins, yet He loves his creation and He's done everything He could possibly do, to protect us from ending up in the wrong place. But when we sin against our loving God, that brings separation from Him until we repent... then He forgives us and remembers our sins no more.
Jesus loves us. He not only said it, He proved it.
Very beautiful post. Yes, we live in the world of sin. But Jesus has already conquered sin. All we have to do is trust in him and his everlasting eternal Love for us and what he sacrificed for us. Glories to The Highest
