I just wish I could be in your arms right now, feeling you hold me tight like you used to.
Even when you’re not around, you’re always on my mind.
Do you think about me when I’m not there? When I’m struggling, do you wish you could just be here to comfort me?
After a tough day, do you find a bit of joy knowing we’ll be together soon and everything will feel okay?
When you lie down at night, do you think about all those memories we shared?
And when you wake up in the morning, does it hit you that another day has gone by without seeing my face?
Because that’s how much I think of you.

In shadows deep, my heart has yearned,
For a tender touch, a flame unturned. .....
How many moons have draped their light,
While I, in silence, dream of your night?
A whisper lost in the winds of fate,
A longing that time cannot abate.
You do not see, or perhaps cannot see,
The ache within that longs to be free.

You wander through days, unaware of the past,
