Don't Forget Love

I was in a relationship once. With a lovely woman. Circumstances divided us before we could bring ourselves together. I don't want to forget those feelings of loving and being loved. I have a friend who says pain is good, more pain is better. I usually him laugh off, but in this instance I'd soberly agree. It is painful to live without love.
