If Only Once. ( been working on my poems)

Oh, what I’d give for one moment near,
To trade all this distance and have you right here.
Your arms pulling close, steady and tight,
Like a quiet forever in one single night.

Your breath on my skin, your lips like a flame,
Saying the words we won’t ever name.
No voices, just eyes where everything shows,
The truth that we feel but nobody knows.

Just once to be close… to finally see,
If you feel even half of what lives in me.
