You don't love me unless I feel it

If someone tells me,
“I love you. I love you very much,” they cannot truly know that themselves.
They are not fully competent to judge their own feelings.

I am the one who knows whether it is true or not.

Because if my life becomes lighter with them,
if I can live more freely,
if the burdens of life become easier to carry,

then they truly love me.
