The Love Letter to Infinity
My Last and Lifetime Love,
I love you.
Without cause or reason or definition.
All I really know for sure is that I do. For truly every word deed and action that you undertake affects me. My love for you has no conditions. It’s simply unconditional.
Though my heart, soul, and my mind burn forever in the flames of my own ignorance, I shall love you until the day I am parted from this world and all of me turns to ash.
This is my truth and my bond to you.
A never ending cacophony of sweetest bliss and unrelenting fervor.
The kind that sweeps over the world and all that’s ever been perceived within it.
You were my first, you are my last, and nothing on this planet can change that.
God’s will weep before I don’t love you and devils will fall before my love for you dies.
For my love for you is and always was, an endless thing.
Everything between the now and the then I only used for distraction as you made your way across the world. I am thankful that life found its way to bring us back together for whatever time I am allowed. And, be it for just these minutes of a lifetime or for all eternity, you were all I ever wanted and all that I want now.
Though that my love may never be enough or even worthy, I give it truly and freely and without reservation. And though I know I am not worthy enough and never really was, I give to you everything that I am capable of and dig as deep as I can to give you more. All of me. All of my love. As incomplete and as out of focus as each of them is, I hand it all to you.
Full in the knowledge that it has the power to destroy me and cast me into an infinity of nothingness.
