To The One Person
To the one person, the only person that ever has had my heart, these words are for you. A wave of joy swept over me as I received notification that you read my last post and you "hearted it". Made me feel good because that told me that you often think of me as well and that you remember as I do, the love that made us soar higher than any mountain top that ever scraped the sky.
Its amazing that as we met on SW some eight years ago, we are both still here connecting once again in a renewed, fresh way, clear from the bad stuff. Its easy to hold onto the bad and the anger and all of the negativity that once ruined us and caused our downfall and ultimate destruction.
Its harder sometimes to write of hope and of memories as that puts one in a vulnerable place. Its more important to me to have written that piece than it was for me to fear your rejection.
I find myself loving you once again. Actually my love never died. How could it? Your love was a declaration to my heart and my heart responded in kind. I have a lot to be thankful for in this season of being thankful. And I am thankful and grateful to you, miles away in location, but right here by my side as you always were, as I always was and will be forever, no matter what.
