I think people are capable of loving each other but judging a person by how much they love is a bit surface level
Love - while it can be given genuinely isn't love of it is not respected by the receiver. Then it just becomes blind worship.
Men can love women. But a man who loves and isn't loved back and doesn't see it is a slave.
