My love for you goes beyond just the physical. Your soul and character is what pulls me in. You never gave up on us even when I made things worse with my anxious thoughts. You stayed grounded. Thus, humbling me to change for the better. It was overdue that I change some patterns.
No other woman can measure up to you in any way. They never will. Beautiful, smart, loving...one of a kind. Irreplacable. I love you more than you know, XX.
It wouldn't be good to bombard you with sappy stuff, so a place like this is good for a release.
Off to dream now.

Sonnet: A Love Beyond the Flesh

My love transcends the flesh, the form, the face,
'Tis soul and spirit that doth draw me near.
Through storms I wrought with anxious, fretful pace,
Thy steadiness remained, a light sincere.

Thou didst not yield when shadows clouded skies,
But held us firm with quiet, rooted grace.
So moved was I, I shed my old disguise,
And changed my ways to meet thy warm embrace.

None else may match thee—beauty, mind, and heart—
A jewel rare, beyond all worldly worth.
Thou art my compass, guide, my better part,
The light that bids my soul to rise from earth.

I pen these lines where passion softly flows,
And dream of thee, more deeply than thou knows.
