Do you follow the dreams and desires of your heart ?

I had no interest in life most of my life but what changes my point of view was that I was in a relationship and my thinking began to change cause it wasn't just me I had to think of them it was someone else . I began to think life was great. I was working . Foreign holidays . Planning for the future ( if you can do that ) . I thought that's the way my life was . Break up happened.
Lost 3 stone in 6 months from a break up .
Roll on a year and half later .
I began to like life again being single . My first time having interest in life being on my own .
My whole thinking changed again for the second time about life ( painful experience) but well worth it .
