@Ashly Dolomites depends where, if you're planning to go for the famous three peaks it's definitely steep (perhaps doable with an e-bike but idk); however, last time I was there I cycled relaxed for 33km (20mi, not much but I was in vacation, without the gear and with a rented bike) in woods, streams and dirty roads and it was absolutely doable.. https://similarworlds.com/places-scenery/3990142-Dolomites-Alps (scroll to the bottom)
Countryside is nice but not in this season, it's like being vapor cooked and at the same time have mosquitoes bite the life out of you, just to punish you further for the insane decision of cycling in July. Seems like something pulled out of Dante's hell lol

@Ashly I love fall but days are short (I'll just go in the mornings); spring is great for long daylight.. if it doesn't rain (this year I was wondering if we went tropical and those were the monsoons? 😅)
Fall is probably better (late-September, early-October especially).. plus, bonus: grapes 🍇😏
