It is - I've been putting out the washing and doing some light gardening this afternoon, in a thin sweatshirt, pullover off.
Windy though, and it was lot colder yesterday, and wet with it.
Snow is very unusual in the South-West of England. The last lot that stayed - and caused a lot of trouble by becoming sheets of ice on roads and pavements - was in 2010.
