You need something new to focus on. I have fixated on past lovers before believing that I’ll be alone or won’t find someone else but if you give yourself permission to move on and embrace life you will find someone new. I have known a few widowers too. They loved their wives and then they were alone… they found new people to be with and love. It is possible and it’s going to be just fine.

The worst feeling in the world is grieving over someone that's alive. One day you will get over him and it will be the best feeling in the whole world. Know you're worth.

It's all just a phase that we have to go through. When we are wounded badly we think it's the end of us. But destiny has its own reason why it causes such pain and thoughts.
