Time dilates when you are walking with an special person, right?
I met this girl on my walk to the bus point from college. That's a ten minutes walk. I am in the second year of college and she recently joint as a first year.
She is a fiery character. Know exactly what she wants, when she wants and never hesitated to go for it. She was lovely though. In no time we ended up being pretty good friends.
Then one day she went bizzerk on me. I was waiting for her after college. She was so furious. She was waving her hands in my face, being mad about some silly stuffs. I was sure I was going to get punched. I just stood stunned. .
"What's happening, What's the problem", I managed to ask in cautious tone.
She looked straight in to my eyes as said "I like you and it's driving me nuts".
I zipped my mouth and stood still. Only wise move I had in me. I am frozen like a deer caught in the head light, hoping that the danger would pass.
Next day when I met her on the way, she had this wily smirk on her face. I knew she was waiting for me to make some smart comments. But I made one of wisest decisions of my life.
I smiled back and acted as nothing had happened. Like the earth was still going around and sun stil rises in the east.
She then burst out laughing. She knew I am terrorised. And she loved every bit of it. I was more like 'the boy who lived'.
Well I learned that's one way to express your feeling to someone,..I guess. Just sharing, in case any of you want to try.
