I stole somebody's luggage
In late 2019 Coppercicada hopped on a flight and then another and then another and then a coach to come and see me
I remember seeing him at the bus depot still sitting in the coach and he looked at me and as he recognised me, this wide smile broke across his face
But three weeks goes fast and it was time to take him to the airport. It was early morning, about 5:30, before the Sydney traffic and mum was good enough to drive us
Of all things the song [i]I'll be there[/i] by Mariah Carey came onto the radio and I just completely choked up and had to fight back hot tears from falling down my face
Copper was kind of amused and took a photo of me he still cherishes where, in his words, I look like shit 馃槀
It isn't every day I guess, you get such unambigous visual proof somebody loves you
Anyway he wanted water or something and we went into the newsagents at the airport then left.
We were just standing around and he said he should go through the gates so I handed him his rolling carry on suitcase.
"That's not my suitcase," he said.

Luckily I wasn't tackled to the floor and arrested in front of him so I took it back to the store I stole it from and prayed the person hadn't missed it yet 馃檹.
