I Love Creamed Chipped Beef

On rye bread with taters.

It is cool and drizzly outside, and dim. So this is a good hearty meal for such a day.

It warms my soul. So does this sweet coffee.

Now I need a nap!

@anoderod55 I am not sure if the toast was buttered or not. It was smothered in creamed chipped beef and its gravy. I doubt it was buttered. That might not mix well with the gravy, perhaps leaving odd yellow oil droplets?

@JoyfulSilence Un buttered is good . Mom always put butter on the toast . So that is what i do . Long as it was good that i all that matters 😉 Thanks for response 😸
