Unrequited Love

For the past few weeks, Ive had a thought about ' unrequited love' manoeuvring around my braincells on and off .
What started it , was a video I came across where the relationship advisor was talking about
' mutual love 'and how rare & special it is to find two ppl who say they are in love - to truly be on the same page .

And sadly I agree.. it seems the worst factors which come into play where relationships are concerned are a

: distinct lack of respect & the ability for one or both partners to remain faithfull

: unrequited love ..there often seems to be one person who genuinely has feelings for a person . Only to realise , nothing may ever properly begin. Because that person is attention focused on someone else who doesnt want them.

And it just goes on .. mental when you think about it.

Although I unrequited love is what makes the idealism of love a painful subject.
The advisor made a suggestion which when you think about is really a no- brainer.

" stop chasing unicorns- turn around and love the person - who is waiting & truly loves you.
