Is being a single mother hard?

But you asked if being a single mother is hard. Being a parent is hard, single or otherwise. Sadly some men act more like kids than children, therefore some women find it a better option to bring up their kids alone rather than put up with a man who nakes the task harder.

People can be poor, or both parents juggling work and caring for home and children, or have special needs children or SO MANY other reasons .

Equally, there are countless millions of marriages where there is no 'god' and it's incredibly successful, happy and great. Your religious beliefs colour your thinking - we understand this but some humility and ability to see outside that thinking would be a huge asset
