How do you feel if your bf say he doesnt feel like meeting you today?

We have a bit of disagreement and we are supposed to meet today, then he suddenly texted that he doesn't feel like meeting today. What should I say in this case? In the past, for similar situation, we still meet and we kept silent the whole time and dragged until we finally talked/argue things out, but it was tiring and emotionally draining the whole time.

You need to google the term codependence. Until you learn to be happy by yourself, you will never be happy with someone else. He doesn't feel like meeting? You have alone time. That SHOULD make you happy.

Then rather than meeting and arguing, accept what he’s said about not meeting and find something else to do.

ummm.. that depends on the situation at the time. At least he was honest with you is all I can say. Some would have lied and came up with some other pathetic excuse. Life happens, people get tired. Not every meeting will go on.
