Lucifer in SPN is not like that, that about manipulating her? No, he wouldn't be interested on that. But, being how he is, I believe he wouldn't be chasing after her just because she's a Nephilim, as the other angels would do, to kill her. He would just let her be, he wouldn't care. Maybe she's confused and is looking out for answers, ok, but there must be something more relevant for Lucifer actually wanting to gain interest on her.
Maybe this idea, since I also play as Lucifer in an AU in which, after dying, resurrects as a human, God's way to teach him a lesson, and make him see that not all humans are flawed. Maybe in this interim they meet by accident? I'm planning to make him get his grace back later, but for now at least, it's a start. Lucifer being human is practically harmless.
