I Love to Write
I write a lot, however I only let my parents read it because I doubt my ability. I have never really thought I was much good but I still love doing it. I only wish I was better at it so I could get some confidence

You will get better at it, if you write a little bit each and every day. Even just a short poem (it doesn't have to rhyme, there is free verse) or just a couple of sentences. If you feel the need, the desire to write, then WRITE.
Don't be hard on yourself. Writers (myself included) are the worst judges of what they write. They may like it; others may not. Sharing with your parents is good, but try others - another relative or friend or two. Let them see your latest creation and ask their honest opinion on it. If the response is enthusiastic, all well and good! That means other people think your talent is there, too. This should give you confidence.
Try your teachers, too. Good luck.
