Emotions are a human quantity
They can be triggered by simple things
Like when I wake to see her sleeping
My heart beats faster my mind races
Such a beautiful site my eyes behold
Or sympathy when she is having a bad day
Wanting to make it better
Sadness is the hardest one
Because sometimes I just need to be there
Nothing I can say or do will help
But just being there to show I care
Happiness is the most contagious
The one that spreads like wildfire
