I didn’t expect it.. rambling thoughts

The words flew from your mouth that left me in total confusion, how did this even happen we asked ourselves.

As you pulled me in and our lips touched my heart stopped and fear set in but I knew at some point in time this would happen even tho I tried to fight it.

Now where do we go from here?

Little words have been exchanged but what words have been spoken have been powerful but that lingering moment never leaves our minds as we carry on like nothing has happened!
