What sort of dialogue in a book makes you want to close it ?

And what sort of dialogue do you like? Do you like it sounding causal, realistic, flowery???

When they start calling each other "dear." Especially if it's a Western.

1) Vulgar and smutty in a low class cringeworthy way, badly written erotica
2) Anything I have very little knowledge about or very little interest in. Usually stock market and bonds in early 20s in America, espionage themes (especially WW2), religion, lawyers or some very important high profile politicians doing some negotiations or businessmen doing big trades, some clerical people having a dispute over religion themes that I don't have even superficial knowledge about...bores the fuck out of me
Political/espionage thrillers could be my least favorite genre.
Clichés. I prefer some subtext.
